Each September, Year 6 pupils write and deliver a speech in front of the whole school.  Every pupil then votes for the two candidates that they believe will represent them in the best wat possible.  These candidates go on to become school councillors. 

The school councillors will then work alongside the teachers and pupils to write an action plan and begin to make improvements to the school.
