Do you provide lunch?

No, children who stay for lunch bring a packed lunch from home.  Food can be heated on the premises.

Are you open all year?

No, we are only open during the academic year. Term times are available upon request.

How does the free entitlement for 3 and 4 year olds work?

The early education entitlement is available for all children from the term after their third birthday and up to 15 hours per week can be claimed.  As parents, you will need to complete and sign a Nursery Education Entitlement form stating how many hours you are claiming.  The full 15 hours entitlement must be taken over a minimum of two days per week and the minimum claim is 2.5 hours.  This can be claimed over 38 weeks of the year.

Can I use Childcare Vouchers?

Yes.  The cost of your childcare can be taken out of your salary before NI and Tax contributions are calculated.  This is done through your employer registering with one of the many childcare voucher schemes.  You can offset up to £243 per parent per month.

If you would like to know more, we invite you to come and have a look around; just call us on 01872 573224 to arrange a visit.  During this time you can have a look at all our facilities and chat to us about your child’s needs.  At this point we can also give you a registration form for you to take away and complete.
